MWI not working for one user

MWI does not work for one user. All others are getting MWIs. It used to work before and seems to have stopped working.


The message status in Unity SA shows MWI is off.


When I leave a message, I don't see Unity dialing MWI on Port status monitor.


The message gets delivered to the mailbox and it is unread, I can see this through outlook owa.

Try using the Bulk Logout tool in X:\CommServer\Utilities\BulkLogout for this one user only, then click resynchronize. See if that helps any. If not, next steps would be to look in the application logs and MWI macro traces.
