remote access with same subnets

Hi,

Users can connect to the internal network through our ASA 5510 and can access all internal servers and shares.

Our internal server subnet is 192.168.1.0/24

However, when a user is connected to the VPN from a hotel with a local subnet of 192.168.1.0/24 the client cannot ping one of the servers. Is it possible to NAT the (Company's) internal subnet?

You need to look into policy NAT. I know this works on L2L VPN's - never tried this on remote VPN clients, read the below:-
