Hi all
When I added new Agent ID (via personID), the system notify followed:
"failed to update the database
Attempt to insert a new record with a uique ID that is already in use
Data Location: Skill_target"
Press OK,
I can add personID properly.
I already checked Configuration --> Adminsitration--> Deleted Objects. It was empty.
Any ideas for me?

Sounds like the login name is already used, this has to be unique. Do a filter for that login name and see if you find anything.

So you could add the person OK, through the Person List tool, supplying first, last, login name and password? That was OK, right?
Then you opened Agent Explorer and pressed Add; and pressed Person and selected the newly added Person?
At this point, all it needs is a unique number - the Peripheral Number, unique across the peripheral.
If the Add Agent fails at this point, you must have already used that peripheral number. I can't think of any other reason why it should fail.
