Cisco unified business attendant console installation issue

Dear Sir,

When I am trying to install business attendant console server in a w2003 sp2 server am getting "not communicating with call manager" message.All details gave as per document.I am getting this message while giving end user id and password and clicking next.Please help me to complete this.Any replies are extremely valuable.

It may be because the ac user password was wrong, and also in ac app, the CallManager server name was wrong.

Dear Sir,

End user id and Password all are correct and checked several times.The problem is some other issues.Please help me if you found this problem earlier.I am not getting the exact installation steps when I am installing the Business ateendant console server.
