CUCM - 3 mins to failover to 2nd CUCM server

I have two CUCM and want to know the failover delay mechanism.

-pri=CUCM#1 Active

-sec=CUCM#2 Standby

I applied ACL (block CUCM#1 from IP Phone) to test the failover to CUCM#2 and it took about 3 minutes to become CUCM#2 active.

Can I have an information why it took 3 minutes and any way to adjust?

Hi, normally after three missed keeplives (30 sec by default), phone tries to establish a TCP connection with the secondary CUCM. However, I have some models (7905 and 7912) that take up to 2 minutes to register in my backup CUCM. You can modify the default value of keepalives in SYSTEM->SERVICE PARAMETERS->CCM SERVICE->STATION KEEPALIVE INTERNAL.
