Voice Mail for IPCC Enterprise

Hey All,

I'm new to ipcc enterprise, and we're trying to set up voice mail so if the call is not answered in a set amount of time, it will divert to voice mail.

We've set up all the unity, and call manager information vm/hunt pilot etc

But I'm unsure on how to do the redirect in IPCC enterprise.

Can anybody direct me towards some documentation for this? Or help me out at all?

In your ICM script use a label to redirect the call to VM. What usually happens, is that the call leaves the peripheral (e.g. IVR) and ICM checks the time the call has been in queued and if it exceeds a certain time it is sent to that label otherwise back into queue.
