about IPCC license

how many free IPCC licenses do we recieve as a part of CCM?

I am using call manager 4.2.1 at the moment, how can I find out how many IPCC license that come with it as free? generally

Hi Rachel,

The "free" bundle comes with 5 seats/agents. It is called;

Cisco CallManager 5 agent IPCC Express bundle

So if I am using Cisco CallManager 4.2, then how many free license do I have for IPCC? where can I check it?
