pix could not initiate ipsec L2L VPN connection with fortigate

I have configured IPsec ( L2L VPN) between pix 515E version 8 and fortigate.when fortigate is initiator , every thing is ok. but when i try to initiate the vpn connection from pix side, it does not work!

pix log messages show that after completing phase 2, peer automatically terminate the connection ( message id: 713050).

I'd be grateful if anyone could guide me.

check if the traffic is matching on both the ends. Also from the firewall you will be able to reach to anything behind the fortigate or nothing at all.
