Hiii,,

During installation of CRS 5.0 it will ask you to enter AXL user and password and when you check it in the document it will tell you the user that you created in CCM 6.0.

PLZ I want to know that the AXL user consider as end user or application user and what are the roles you will give it.

The AXL Admin account should be an Applications User and not an End User. You must enter the username and password for the application user that has the Standard AXL API Access role assigned to it on the associated Cisco Unified CallManager first node. By default, the Standard AXL API Access role gets assigned to the CCMAdministrator User ID.
