UCCX Licencing Problem

Hi all.

Just a question i have. My client ordered UCCX 6.0 Premium version for their CallManager 6.1, with 15 agent seat. We found out that UCCX 6.0 can only be installed on CCM 4.3, I was wondering if any one can recommend a quick solution for this. Do we have to by a new license for version UCCX 7.x? Can we replace our current license of UCCX 6.0 or is there an easy upgrade to version 7.X.

Assuming the client purchased UCSS, they/you can just place a PUT order for the UCCX 7.0 media. The license will work I believe. If not, you can open a TAC case and they can reissue it for 7.0.

If they didn't get UCSS, I would recommend contacting your Cisco Account Manager and asking for guidance.

Thanks a lot. I have the Media kit. It just the license that i don't have for UCCX 7.X. If the license for 6.x works on 7.x i will try it today.
