WCS Now Statistics for WLAN-Clinet available

While troubleshooting a client on our WCS, SW-Rel. 4.1.83, I cannot retrieve any more statistical infos from a client.

The window contains the following sentence:

Location Server did not return any statistics information for this client.

Who knows the reason why ?

You can schedule client statistics polling task to occur at regular intervals. From WCS GUI, go to Administration > Scheduled Tasks > Client Status Poll. Here, you can configure the poll interval. I hope it may help you.
