Hello.
Recently we have checked our CDR and noticed that some users have strange records about calls to number b00106101018
But the users said that they didn't call that number.And it's impossible call on it.
We have such dial plan: XXXX
Could you please thell what is the problem?

Privet Aleck and Hello :)
number like b00106101018 - it's number of conference meetme that was created.
Forexample user call meetme conference 1900, but in CDR you find numbers like bXXXXXXX...

that is not used for meet-me, it's used for ANY conference call independently of how it was initiated or on what CFB.
when you initiate a conference the current call drops and initiates a call to the CFB number that was created. you can read the whole process in a CUCM detailed trace

Try this one to check my upper post
select DATEADD(s,dateTimeOrigination,'19700101') as DateTime,callingPartyNumber,finalCalledPartyNumber,SUBSTRING(comment,18,4),duration from CallDetailrecord
where lastredirectdn like 'b%'
and lastredirectredirectreason=98
and lastRedirectRedirectOnBehalfof=4
and
(dateTimeOrigination>=(select datediff(s, '19700101',(SELECT CONVERT(VARCHAR(8),(GETDATE()-2),112))))) AND
(dateTimeOrigination<(select datediff(s, '19700101',(SELECT CONVERT(VARCHAR(8),(GETDATE()-1),112)))))
and callingPartyNumber != '0'
