RME Reports

Hi,

RME reports are sent through an email with a hyperlink included in the email body. For users to check the report, they should click on the hyperlink and login to the page manually by typing their username and password.

My concern is, will there a way in CiscoWorks that we could check that the person who received the email really clicked the hyperlink and logged into the system to check the report sent ?

You can use the Audit report under Common Services > Server > Reports > Audit Log to see that the user logged into RME. However, you will not be able to see them actually view the report.
