I have UCM 6.1(2) and IPCCX 5 using IP Phone Agent.
My AA route point works fine and can route to an entered number phone
My agent can log on to IPPA fine and screen says ready
When I dial the ICD route point I get the announcement that all agents are busy and then the system sets my ready agent to not ready.
Debug shows that IPCC selects the correct agent, but then it sets the agent to Not ready, as though it has tried to deliver the call and there is no answer.
Any ideas would be most welcome, thanks.
