All:

I have a pair of Unity 5.0 failover servers. Last Friday, our Unity failed over and the errors on the primary Unity server were CiscoUnity_AvRdbSver Event id 21000 - the whole app log was full of these errors. Unity server did failover and then after the reboot of the primary server - I had to manually failback to the primary (it did not failback automatically). Does anyone have any insight regarding event id 21000? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
