Can't Change Default Call Handler

Unity 4.0(4)SR1, I'm looking to change the default Call Handler but the the "Select Call Handler" button for the Default Call Hander is grey'd out. Is changing it not an option?

Correct,

The Default Opening Greeting call handler cannot be modified. You will need to create a new one to accomplish whatever you're intending to do. One thing you can do when you create the new call handler is choose to base it off an existing call handler and choose the default opening greeting.

What is the purpose to change de Opening greeting callhandler?

You want to change it, because when you press a wrong button the Opening Greeting callhander is played?

There's an option under Advanced setting tools
