about registered CTI port and RTMT

I need to find out the number of registered CTI port on the call manager, I am trying to use the Real time monitoring tool at the moment. I go to "CTI" then "CTI Manager" ....then it show the NumOfOpenDevices and NumofOpenLines .,....whats the difference between them?


where can I find the number of registered CTI port on call manager via the RTMT?

Hi,


Using CTI terminology, a registered device is an "Opened" device.

Thus, you can check here:

RTMT > CallManager > CTI > CTI Search > CTI Devices


Select the CTIManager which your CTI Application is using as a CTI Provider.

Select Devices Status as "Opened".

Key in the other parameters as you require.
