UCC v 1.5 Training

From John Vickroy, UCC Product Manager: Within the past three weeks, we have performed End User Training on the Cisco Unified CallConnector for Windows (UCC) product for a few end users who are Beta customers for the new version of UCC v1.5.
In the most recent of these training sessions, we recorded this WEBEX training.  We will be posting this training in an appropriate location to make it available to ALL Cisco Resellers who sell CME based platforms (ISR and UC500), as well as their end users.  This will all be part of the upcoming announcement of UCC version 1.5, which will occur in the next week or so. While, most of you understand the basic concept of the features provided by UCC (click-to-dial, presence, directory, messaging), many of you have never observed the complete functionality provided by UCC and how it enhances the productivity of the end user.  I believe that this end user training VOD will help you understand why UCC provides critical value add to the sale of CME as a dramatic enhancement to the productivity of the CME end user.

I have this problem too.
