Good day,

Dear all,

Recently I updated with 6.2(1)3 IOS in 4255 series sensor, I cannot load the sesnor with IME cisco manager express 6.1. please let me know any other supportive tools avaiable for managing, monitoring and reports.

You need to get the newer version of IME (6.2.1).
