I am getting this error from my CCM Real Time Monitoring Tool, but I still have plenty of open channels available when I receive it(3 PRI group with ~ 25 available channels between them in this case). Am I misunderstanding this threshold? Does anyone have any explanation as to what the true nature of a Route List Exhausted event is?

Yes, this route list is the only one that throws the error and it only has one route group as a member. It is a 3-circuit, all PRI group with individual D channels per circuit.

PRIs are terminated in a 6608 blade managed by CCM (4.1.3sr7) - I don't have a show controllers command available. I can see the channel status via the CCM Admin app and it shows channels available when the error event occurs.
