Outbound Dialer and Agents Outpulsed Caller ID

We are trying to send out a different caller id with each campaign. I thought this could be done by setting caller ID on the ports, but the CAD outbound dialer does not use ports to make the outbound call. The only way I know to accomplish this is through the agents device, but we may have the case of an agent being part of multiple campaigns and we need the caller id to change dynamically.

any thoughts?
