Adding a VTP transperant switch to Switch domain with all VTP Servers

Hi All,

My cleint has a n/w in which 10switches are set to VTP server mode (VTP not being used for managing them at all). If I add another switch to the same n/w (to core switch via trunk) with VTP mode as 'TRANSPERANT'transperant will that cause any issues in the live n/w?

Not if it's transparent. Be careful about making it server though, make sure the rev level is lower than the current level.
