Hi Eric,
first make sure you have ip connectivity to inside interface ip of fiirewall, if pinagle from your PC go to next check bellow.
make sure your fw is allowing management access for your PC IP address or subnet.
e.i
asa(config)#http
for allowing a subnet access say 10.20.20.0/24 on interface called inside
asa(config)#http 10.20.20.0 255.255.255.0 inside
or by just ip source say 10.20.20.2 is your PC
asa(config)#http 10.20.20.2 255.255.255.255 inside
same format applies for telnet and ssh
telnet 10.20.20.0 255.255.255.0 inside
etc..
also make sure http server is enabled
e.i
asa(config)#http server enable

Pls use cli to setup initial management connectivity, can you confirm you can ping the inside interface ip of fw from 150.
Use the example script I provided through cli.
let us know if still problems to help u, also if you could post the output of show version to make sure you have asdm image installed in fw.
Regards

Log into the ASA via telnet, ssh, or console and issue the command "show run". Copy the entire output and paste here.
