Attendant Console

I have a central cluster call manager 6.1 I have attendant console working fine at all Ontario and Quebec sites. Trying to implement at a site out west. Can not take control of the set. If I change the settings from PC in Calgary I can take control over any set in Ontario, but can't take control over set in Calgary. It is associated with both applications users AC and ACDeviceAuthenticationUser

I have attached the client log you can see it does not see the set
