%IPCOIR-3-LCCRASH: The card in slot [dec]/[dec] has crashed. Cause Register:
0x[hex]0x[hex], Signal: 0u[decimal] - The line card in the specified slot has crashed. Wait for the line card to come online, then connect to the remote console and extract the crashinfo file from the bootflash. Research and attempt to resolve the error using the Output Interpreter (https://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/OutputInterpreter/home.pl). Also, perform a search of the Bug Toolkit (http://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/home.pl).
