%IPCOIR-3-LCCRASH: The card in slot [dec]/[dec] has crashed. Cause Register:

0x[hex]0x[hex], Signal: 0u[decimal] - The line card in the specified slot has crashed. Wait for the line card to come online, then connect to the remote console and extract the crashinfo file from the bootflash. Research and attempt to resolve the error using the Output Interpreter (https://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/OutputInterpreter/home.pl). Also, perform a search of the Bug Toolkit (http://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/home.pl).

%IPCOIR-3-CARDCRASH : Card crashed in slot [dec]/[dec]. - An IPC message that reported an incorrect software version has been received from an operational card.

Here are the links for the above:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/cable/cmts/system/message/uberrchap2.html

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_0s/system/messages/sem120sm.html

Thnx for replying me but there is no crash info and no traces of crash info files in the bootflash and i saw those links and they meant nothing,, contact cisco TAC,, thats all.. and another message sai that incorrect software version has been received from an operational card. what does this mean,,, canu help me more,,

thnx what is the wrkaround for this ,, and what exactly does these messages mean
