I am having a problem with only one user not able to see their corporate directory on their 7941 series phone. all other users in that office can see theirs. I have tried manually placing the URL in the directory option on the phone profile, didn't work. I have replaced her phone, didn't work. I have move the phone to a working location. Her phone doesn't work, but when I place the original phone back in place, the original phones works. someone please help. Callmanager version is 184.108.40.2060-12.
