I am having a problem with only one user not able to see their corporate directory on their 7941 series phone. all other users in that office can see theirs. I have tried manually placing the URL in the directory option on the phone profile, didn't work. I have replaced her phone, didn't work. I have move the phone to a working location. Her phone doesn't work, but when I place the original phone back in place, the original phones works. someone please help. Callmanager version is 5.1.3.1000-12.

Make sure the user is part of the "Standard CCM End Users" group.

I know this is for one phone but you can check this..
System>>Enterprise parameters and checked the URL under URL
directories.
Using Port number: 8080
Changed the Port number to 80, Reset the phones and Corporate Directory
option came up fine
