I just setup a 1760 with CME 4.1. I got the 7961 to register and function just fine for hours, but if I try to register the second phone it works but resets the first phone and it will not register while the second phone is registered. Any ideas?

Kind of an odd problem.
I would check a few things:
Under telephony service
max-ephone
You may also try changing the IOS around to see if that changes.
