Hi all,

I'm facing an issue at a customer site and dunno how to solve it.

Maybe someone could help.

My customer is running UC520 with 1 E1 card and 1 BRI with. Each card for 2 differents customers.

So my E1 for Cust1 and the BRI for Cust2.

My issue is related to incoming call. Both customer would like to translate extension '1' to an ephone-dn.

But how can I do to say "Ok, when someone will call the PRI with extension 1, it will be directed to XXX, but when someone will call the BRI with extension 1, it will be directed to YYY.

Here is my config, but it doesn't work at all.

How many digits does your Telco send? From the translation pattern it looks for only a complete match on teh digit 1. It may be better to change it to rule to /^1../ /211/ if they send you 3 digits

hi,

My telco send the necessary digit. It's not the issue. The pb is that sometime it translate 1 to 211, and sometime to 311...

Fabian,

Try the following.

1. Remove the translation profile from dial peers 100 and 200.

2. Modify the "incoming called-number" command on these dial peers to be "incoming called-number ."

3. Apply the translation profiles to the voice ports:

voice-port 0/2/0:15

translation-profile incoming Cust1

voice-port 0/1/0

translation-profile incoming Cust2

Hope this helps.
