IPCC Express Blank Page when clicking Logs

Got an IPCCX 5.02 in HA mode. On the first node, when I goto Control Center and click on the log icon from the CRS Engine, I get a blank page. I know the logs are there as I see them in the wfavvid\logs folder. The other server seems to be working without problems. Any thoughts on why this one is showing a blank page? I applied SR2 which is the latest patch to CRS5.0.2. Suggestions?

Is this a new installation or upgrade?

Have you been able to retrieve logs before?

What changes have you made recently in regards to CCM or CRS?

this is a new install. Logs are available through windows explorer but not through the browser. thoughts?
