I just reinstall LMS 3.0, then upgrade to LMS 30_dec_07_update. I want to install patch dfm3.0.0-win-CSCsi019661.1. The message appears "The patch is getting installed.... unable to stop Daemon Manager. I try to run net stop crmdmgtd, but I can't run that command. How to get it fixed? Please see attached

It looks like your installation of Windows is bad, someone has restricted access to C:\WINDOWS\system32\net.exe, or someone removed C:\WINDOWS\system32 from your Path. This is a core management tool for Windows.
