Voicemail on no answer

Hi all,

I have a UC500 up and running but I need to configure a need, if a call comes in and no one answers it will be forwarded to the main extension (let's say 300), and this is working, and if no one answers on the 300 it forwards to voice mail, but I need it to go to the original extension voice mail, not the 300 voice mail. Is this possible?

Hi Rui,

You can check this for CUE;

**Mailbox selection (OCN or LRD)

This configurable option specifies the mailbox to be used in case of call forward.

Mailbox selection: Mailbox in which an incoming voice message is stored. The options are original called number (OCN) or the last redirected number (LRD). LRD is the default option:)

Hi Rob,

That's what I though, but after trying that the result is always the same, the voice mail ends up to be the last redirected party.
