Where I can find a software to manage the configuration of my Call Manager Express?

Are you able to manage using the GUI as well?

you should be able to go to http://x.x.x.x/ccme.html

or if it's integrated with CUE then

If you are looking at monitoring, the you can look at cisco netManager or Unified Operations Manager.

If this does not answer you question, please provide more info on what you are looking to manage..
