Hi: is there some white paper which discusses VoIP requirements from the network perspective? Some whitepaper which described what is the acceptable delay, jitter, packet loss etc VoIP calls.

Ravi,
The general requirements for voip are:
One-way delay < 150ms
One-way jitter < 30ms
Packet loss < 1%
