OK, here's a strange one. A caller left a voice mail message. The calling party was not affiliated with the organization to which Unity Connection belongs. The recipient of the voice message received an e-mail alert that she had received a voice mail message. The name of an employee of the organization was in the subject line of the e-mail (as in "Voice message from Jane Doe 7635551212 received...."). So how is it that Unity Connection stuffs the wrong name into the subject line of the message?

I checked and there's nothing that would have done that.
