Hello,

I have installed one card VIC 4FXS/DID and one card 8FXS/DID on my Call Manager Express.

Card 4FXS/DID on port HWIC 1 and card 8FXS/DID on slot 4, how put and extension number to port 0/1/0 for exemple?

I want to put extension "110" to the port 0/1/0

Regards

H, verify that you have these commans in your router:

router(config)#voice rtp send-recv

in your active fastethernet

router(config-if)#h323-gateway voip bind srcaddr "the IP of your active fastethernet"

Hope this help

David

If you have this, your configuration is correct. You have something else going on, which is very hard to speculate what it could be.

Some things to check:

No corlists configured

'show dial-peer voice summary' - make sure there aren't duplicate DNs or somewhere else it's getting dialed to.

'debug voip dialpeer' see which dialpeer is getting hit when you dial 110.

'show voice port summ' - make sure the port is up/up/on-hook

Check for number expansion that may be changing the numbers

Check any time-based call blocking under telephony service

Thanks,

I have already this

dial-peer voice 1 pots

destination-pattern 110

port 0/1/0

Analog phone 110 can call ip phone 100 but the ip phone 100 cannot call the analog phone 110.
