Hi guys,

I am looking to download the following IPSEC code for 3620 router , but when I attempt Cisco is asking for credentials which I do not have. I have a CCO account, but according to Cisco I cannot DL unless I meet one of the following criteria.

1) Not a ccie

2) Not a reseller etc....

So how do I go about downloading IPSEC cose for preperation of Lab . Thanks

I have this problem too.

1) I do not think that being CCIE makes any difference about whether you have privileges for download or not.

2) If your router is covered by a service contract you should be able to use that as credential for down load of code. If your router is not covered by a service contract then you could work with a reseller to purchase a code upgrade to an IPSec feature set and this would give you privileges to down load code.

Supposively, yes, a CCIE # does give you download privileges. However, when the contracts on my account expired, my download privileges did vanish.
