After install CUCM 7.0 on VMWARE machine I can't access to web page of ccmadmin, because Cisco Tomcat not started (I checked it from console). When I try to start Cisco Tomcat, it's not happend.
I was just having this issue also. I looked into it with some of the CUCM guys and it looks like it's an issue with having insufficient hard drive space for logging. This prevents services from starting. It was recommended to have 80 GB or larger. I would try reinstalling on a larger virtual hard drive.
