I have installed Cisco Works in a virtual machine but after login in I don't know what I must to do to discover my net or do something. Can anybody help me?.

You should check out the LMS deployment white paper for your version of LMS at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/cscowork/ps2425/prod_white_papers_list.html . This will get you started on things like Device Discovery, and otherwise adding devices to LMS.
