hello, I have attached our main script. I am trying to do something "i thought" would be simple.at night we route our calls, via menu, callers press 1, to "first notice" they are offsite. we want to change that to stay on site and goto a CSQ. i changed under evening hours, changed our evening hours, but it will not go. our ibm rep who set it up has left and i am stumped..anyone, any thoughts?
