I am having a problem with a VS-S720-10G-3C= supervisor module in a 6500 switch. When I issue a 'no shut' command on the 10GB uplink port, it stays in an admin down state. Has anyone come across this?
can you give more information on this what is connected on the other end of the port, what type of gbic do you have installed what type of interface is it (vsl switchport etc..)
