ABR=83% ( threshold=99%)

we are using a monitoring tools that report any thing that happens on the network,,, in this event code handler I got

my first question what does this mean

second what cli should I use see this on the router/switch

I do not think that we can answer your question without more context from the monitoring tool. It might be logical to assume that ABR is Area Border Router (are you running OSPF on this router?) but there is certainly not enough information in what you have posted to know what is happening 83% of the time.

yes we are using ospf .. what other info do you need .. here is an other one
