Impossible to notify by mail a Job.

Allthoug I configured an valid email adresse , the LMS cannot send the mail.

I just configured the IP-adresse of the smtp serveur in the server-preference parameters.

Is there anathing else to check ?

Note: if I telnet the ip_add-server-smtp with port 25 , I cannot connect .

Note : the server LMS is installed on an esx virtual system.

Check that you are allowed to connect and relay through the SMTP server. If it is a Windows SMTP server, you'll need to check the SMTP Server in IIS.

Make sure to allow the LMS IP to connect and to relay.
