One of the CP-521 phones gets an error saying SPCP Register Token Rejected and the tftp output is added as an attachment. Read that someone else had a similar problem and was solved by tftp'ing new firmware to UC500. But I have the latest.

I have removed and added the ephone and ephone-dn and also did a factory reset on the phone.

Any suggestions?

May be IOS version?. CP-521SG will need 12.4(11)XW9 and above.

I have 12.4(11)XW9 and two other phones of the same model is working fine.

This may be a problem with the 524SG rather than the other 524 phones. I'm not personally aware of any issue with the SPCP token should fail on 12.4(11)XW, but that doesn't mean it won't.

The simplest thing to try is downloading something newer, such as 12.4(22)T or 12.4(20)T1. Both are supported on the UC520.
