Calls Aborted

we r using Unified CCX Premium 5.1 and Call Manger 6 we r facing a problem our some calls are aborted due to following Reason according to historical reports

com.cisco.app.ApplicationTaskInactiveException any help will be highly apriciated

I've the same issue with CM4.3 and UCCX 6 Enhanced.


I've also this reason : com.cisco.app.InvalidApplicationException
