impossible to launch topology service from Camp. Manager module

I have a LMS 3.1

If I clic "topology service" from campus-manager-module on the lms-server itself:

- I have the message "do you want to save this file?

- I clic Yes

- And Nothing happens.

Note , before I installed java 1.605 as lms asked me to do.

To launch topology service , I need to double-clic the file "topology-service.jnlp". In this way, it works.

Is-it normal ?

Yes and no. This issue is typically browser-related. It means you have changed the handling of the JNLP files. You can play with file types in your browser config to get JNLP files to auto-launch. However, some customers have found it easier to create a new, clean account as they were unable to get the JNLP files to auto-launch.
