UCC and SNR problem

Having a problem with Unified call connector with CME. We have setup a rule for a user, when someone calls his extension the call gets forwarded to his mobile phone ok. When he answers he gets asked to enter his password which he does but the call isnt passed through. If he enters the wrong password it says its wrong so it seems to be accepting what he inputs.

any ideas ?

I have this problem too.
