I need to understand this output>>> %C6K_POWER-1-PD_HW_FAULTY: There's a hardware problem on port [dec]/[dec]. Power is turned off on the port. <<<

Does this mean that the issue is with the switch port hardware or the Ip Phone hardware?

I had this message and TAC replaced the hardware
