Can't dial 800 numbers

Hello,

I have a question, my users can't dial 800 numbers, when they try to call this is what I get. we have CCM 3.3 and the gateway is running h.323. we have the route patterns and the dial-peers configured

Calling Party Number i = 0x2181, '9163833333'

You'll actually need to include the entire SETUP message to see the bearer cap. Looks like you cut it off for this setup. If you can paste a good setup message and the 1800 setup, you can compare them.

There's nothing in here that proves one way or the other.

ISDN provider issues are the biggest guessing game. You never really know *why* they're disconnecting, and you just guess or change things until it works.

Get a good call, get a bad call, compare them. Start changing things until it works, then back out things until it breaks again.

I don't see any good calls in the logs to compare. Contact your provider and see what's going on.

Do you have separate local and long distance trunks? 800 numbers are a local call, not LD.
