vwic and 3745

a tech @ teh remote location installed 2x VWIC-2MFT-T1-on 3745..and other 2 on the second 3745.. I am not able to detect those new devices , I can see the other t3 module as well as fastethernet port.. cisco tech said that this is ios compatibilty issue. I would like the a second opinion,,b4 we start upgrading ..

show ver # shows "c3745-ipvoice-mz.123-11.T.bin"

VWIC-2MFT-T1 is supported on 3745 beginning with IOS 12.2(8)T.

Keep in mind, it must be installed on the WIC Slots, not the NM Slots.

I believe you edited the original post after my posting since I didn't see the show diag which became helpful to determine the problem.

Your module is actually, VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 and the Cisco Technician is right, you need 12.3(14)T or later.
